     It’s always useful to have this at home for rainy days so I had been looking to buying one for some time.I chose this one as it is reusable, can be used for both cold and hot and appears to be good quality. The product arrived quickly and did not disappoint. I tried it for “fun” and worked very well. It looks durable and I like that you can “mold it” to the injured joint. I would definitely recommend !

     I love gel ice packs! And this one is fabric rather than plastic, so it shouldn’t get a hole in it like the plastic ones eventually do. The gel is soft and moldable and the fabric is soft as well.

    So far I love this ice pack!! It’s a good size and not a huge heavy block. I can put it directly on my skin. I’ve only used it cold and haven’t heated it up yet. It does seem like it will be awesome as a little hot pack to take on the go. Maybe I will get another one. 🙂

    Multi useI got this for my husband because he builds, sands and finishes cabinets and such items so he’s always bending, stooping, reaching, or something….and he comes home sometimes with an aching back, painful shoulder, or swollen knee.This is great for him because of the way it’s shaped it covers the whole lower back and up the spine, it suits perfectly on his shoulder so he doesn’t have to hold it and it’s big enough to encompass his entire knee bend to cover the sides of his knee as well.This ice pack is not only an ice pack but also a heat pad. We keep ours in the freezer for 2 reasons:1) we usually use it cold and2) it’s faster to warm it vs freezing it. All we have to do is put it in the microwave and in less than 1 minutes it’s hot enough to use.The material this thick and doesn’t feel like it’s going to break open when your maneuvering it around, and it’s a good size…about the size of both an adult women’s hand, just a tad bigger.

    Seems to be very well made. It is pliable to help it conform to the area it’s being used on. It is the perfect shape for the shoulder. It covers both the top of the shoulder and down both sides. I also get serious sinus headaches and discovered that it also covers all the appropriate areas on face. It comes in a re-sealable bag. I don’t know if you’re supposed to keep this bag or not, but I did and I use it to keep it clean

    Bought this for use as a cold pack for my sprained ankle. Seems to work good. A little smaller than expected (however thats my fault as the dimensions are stated) but big enough for my purposes. Has a soft touch vinyl texture which seems to have durable sealed edges. I’ve also used it as a cold pack for lunch too!

     My husband and I have both use this since I’ve purchased it he likes to use it on his forehead for sinuses. I like to put it on the back of my neck because I have neck issues. I rusted it on various parts of my body. it’s very functional and can be used just about anywhere on your body and it will stay put. It appears to be extremely durable. I also love that there are instructions for heating/cooling printed right on the pack so I don’t need to keep the box or an extra instruction page.

     Ordered these for post-op recovery of my hand/wrist. They freeze quite quickly, but you can still bend them into the shape you need. In my case I am icing multiple times per day . When they are frozen you don’t have to add a cloth between the body and the ice pack and material is very soft. Perfect size for a hand, knee, neck injury.

     Almost all of my family has back pain, i love how it has cold therapy and hot therapy what a handy item to have in a emergency bag as well. For hot therapy just toss it in the microwave for 40 seconds and use it for cold we left it in the freezer for 1 hour and it was great.

     This nice little gel pack works really well hot or cold. I like to keep it in the freezer and use it cold. Then about an hour later, I warm it up in the microwave and use it hot (often in a different area). Then it goes back into the freezer for the night. Great for arthritis or for athletic pains.

     So simple to use! You can use this as a cooling pad or a heating pad! The instructions are so simple and the pad size is small enough to wear you can use it on multiple places of your body without it being too heavy. the shape and material of the pad is very nice and unique. It can easily mould to the shape of the body part your are placing the pad to. Also, it is small and compact enough to travel with! It also fits in the microwave easily or easy storage in the freezer!

     I have issues with my shoulder and lower back from time to time and got this particular because of it’s shape. I heat this up in the microwave and place it under my shirt on my shoulder or I’ll slip this my my underwear for my lower back. I haven’t tried freezing this as I prefer using heat, but I’m sure it works fine frozen for flareups as well.

     I love this hot/cold pack. It’s a great size, not too heavy. It heats up quite fast. It’s says put in microwave for 40 seconds but I did 30 seconds and it was just right. I have a knee injury and works great for that area. I also use it for the bottoms of my feet. It shipped fast and I was eager to try it right away.
