So I fractured my spine at the middle. Doctor referred me to get a $1030 professional brace (that my insurance covers). I went and checked what they had and it was more comfortable but much larger, it had a part close to the throat that would press your chest when you bend forward to remind you to be carful. But the expensive piece wouldn’t be tight on the mid and upper back and allowed too much motion as if there is nothing there to stabilize the upper back. This brace on the other hand is much slimmer and gives a better stability to the mid and upper beck. I can sleep with it or walk. You can make it as tight as you wish. It has two metal strips on both sides of the spine and two on the ribs area. When you bend it keeps the back starlight and pulled the shoulders back. I can also sleep with it if i want because my mattress is a bit too soft to stabilize my spine at night. I didn’t order the expensive piece I think this one is better.

Got this for my13 yr old daughter who has terrible posture. I thought Id have to fight her to wear it assuming it would be terribly uncomfortable. However, she loves wearing it. She feels it helping. I doesnt hurt and its easy enough for her to put on and take off on her own. Within a few hours of her wearing it i already see an improvement even when its off. Glad to find a company who know how to make a quality product that actually works! Ill update again in a month or two with future progress. Also she wears it over a tank top but under an overshirt (if that makes sense) and you cant even tell she is wearing it. She will be wearing it to archery tonight to see if having a better posture helps her shoot. Also another big thing, the arm holes are perfect, Ive had others where the arm straps cut into the arms but this one does not. 5 stars for comfort! Stay tuned!

First, the product is excellent. If I stand or walk for more than five hours, my back hurts so bad, I can barely stand or walk or sit. I have to take four Ibuprofen, then lie down for a couple of hours to lose the pain. Most of this must be a result of poor posture because, after I put this back brace on, the pain begins to fade until it’s completely gone. So, I wholeheartedly recommend this back brace. I also want to mention that this vendor is the nicest, most professional, concerned vendor I have ever ordered anything from. I got this Brace bc unfortunately I have Scoliosis and have had multiple Spinal Surgeries. I am a former Gymnast and as I have gotten older my Spine has suffered bc of it. I am mortified by my posture and decided to try this Brace. Initially I had an issue with sizing when I bought the Medium and it didn’t seem to fit me correctly but, I brought it to the Sellers attention and they sent me a size Small as a replacement. I was amazed at their concerns and immediate response. Like who does that anymore. Needless to say I am very impressed! The Brace has been a Godsend with helping with my posture! In the beginning it felt awkward but, that is bc my Spine was getting used to the correction so, please wear it as instructed by the company and then you can extend your wearing time gradually. I wear it all the time now when I go walking. I would highly recommend this Brace to anyone that has Posture issues and for those whom are on their feet all the time and/or lifting for work to prevent future problems. I broke my back many years ago. As I get older I tend to slouch and hunch my shoulders. I have been using this brace when I am at home and it really seems supportive and to be helping correct my posture. Even when I am not wearing the brace I find it’s now more comfortable to keep my back upright.
